What is IPL?
IPL is an optical technology called “Intense Pulsed Light”. Is the Blink'n IPL hair removal safe?

How long will it take before I see results?

Most customers begin to notice to see results after 1-2 months, with treatments done once a week, and customers are shown to have a complete result after 4-5 months. After a few sessions, the hair will grow back more sparse, thinner, and slower turning into a permanent reduction in hair growth. Our device can only damage hair that is in its active growth stage. Another factor that we must include is your skin tone, hair color, and the area being treated. This may require additional treatments to completely remove hair.
Does the Blink'n IPL Handset hurt?
From most of our users, they addressed how our device is far less painful. This is one of the biggest advantages we have with our IPL handset. The feeling is dependent on many factors and varies from person to person. That being said, it depends on which intensity and what part a user is using the device on. For instance, the lowest intensity level 1, many will not be able to notice or feel a thing but with the highest intensity level 5, you might feel a slight sting. Also, in sensitive areas on your body you are prone to feeling a sting because there are more senses than other parts of the body.
What is the difference between Blink'n IPL and other devices on the market?
The biggest difference between our IPL device and other devices on the market is that we designed our IPL with the best quartz tube. Xenon quartz tube is a higher quality tube that is way more effective in eliminating hair growth than most devices. While the device is more compact than our competitors, it covers the same exact surface area. Giving both convenience and effectiveness.
Does Blink'n IPL work for my skin tone and hair color?
Should I shave before using the IPL device?
We recommend that prior to using our IPL device, make sure you shave the night before or the morning of your treatment. The reason for this precaution is straightforward and simple - shaving down the desired areas removes the hair to the appropriate length will help the laser focus beneath the skin and improve better results. Also shaving off the hair above the surface of the skin is to reduce the risk of any sort of skin burns.
What intensity level should I use for my skin tone?
Our device is designed with 5 intensity levels to choose from - level 1 being the lowest intensity level to level 5 being the highest intensity level. These levels are to allow our users to select the most comfortable level. Higher intensity level will give users better and faster results but we recommend reading the user guide before determining which intensity level to choose for your skin tone and hair color.
How long does the shipping take?
The shipping speed is determined and chosen by your method and carrier. We offer USPS and DHL for our list of available carriers. Since we are based out of the United States, please advise there may be a 7-business day minimum for international orders. As USPS and DHL changes procedures and rates, shipping may be subjected to 5-10 business days non-domestically. If a postal delay occurs it may require additional time for the carrier to fulfill. Note that postal and shipping delays are out of our control and refunds under those circumstances will not be issue.
Do you guys ship internationally?
Yes we do ship internationally! International shipping speed will depend on location and shipping method. Once calculated with your chosen carrier. It is your responsibility to provide the correct information to your shipping carrier. We do not issue refunds for orders lost in transit – this becomes the customers responsibility with the carrier. We are not responsible for paying customer’s international taxes, fees, tariffs, and duties. It is the customer’s responsibility to be aware and pay their taxes, import fee and custom in their respective nation. Orders stuck in customs will not be refunded. Once an international order transitions in the hands of your chosen carrier – it will become final sale.
How can I track my order?
After purchasing your order, our team will send you a tracking number to your email once the package has been shipped. Also, on the email we will send out the website where you can track your order.
Please allow up to two business days for your order to be processed from our inventory. Orders will be processed and shipped on business days Monday-Friday. Weekend and holidays orders may not be shipped until next following business day.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. International orders are final sale and will not be subjected to refunds.
