where do i apply my discount code?

You can apply your discount code in the checkout page - Please note that you can only use one discount code per order. It will default to your last discount code used.

Shipping and tracking

How fast is the shipping?

All packages are shipped during our packing hours: 8AM-12PM, Monday-Fridays. Order placed on the weekend will be shipped out next following business day. Your shipping speed will depend on your method and location you have chosen during checkout.

Am i experiecing shipping delays?

You may be experiencing delay for a few reason. 
1. Verify if the address is the correct with your carrier. 
2. International shipping may be subjected to custom's respective of that nation. 
3. Verify your email address for the correct tracking order
4. Items and carrier fulfillment centers are experiencing high volume back-order.
Please contact your carrier if you have any issue related to your shipping status or address. 

do you ship internationally? 

We do offer international shipping. However since we're based in the US, shipping speed will depend on your chosen method and location. When products are held in the hands of our carrier, it becomes the customers responsibility to provide the correct information. We do not issue refund for orders lost in transit - this is becomes the customers responsibility with the carrier.

All international taxes, fee's and duties are the customer's responsibility with their respective nation. 

where can i find my order status?

Once the item is shipped out you will receive a shipping confirmation email for tracking your order status. The order can be tracked with your chosen carrier website or here.


When our items are being handle by our carriers, it is customers responsibility to provide the correct information and address. We do not issue refunds for orders lost in transit. This is the customers responsibility with the chosen carrier. 

Order Issue and Returns

cancelling orders

We have strict procedures to protect the customer privacy and information. If your order is processed we cannot intervene with our shipping carrier. 


Once an order has been finalize, we do not offer cancellation or modification to the order. Please ensure you have verified the correct information before submitting your order. 

international shipping/returns

With respect to International customs and duties. International shoppers are responsible for their taxes, fees, and duties to their respective government.


Due to complication with International returns, we do not offer refunds for returns, shipping and handling charges. All International orders are final sale. 

damage or missing order

If your goods were damage upon arrival, you must email us within 24 hours of the package being delivered. Please contact us at info@blinknbeauty.com with a subject header indicating "DAMAGE ARRIVAL". We will review this information with our carrier and work closely to find the best resolution to this issue.


While we try our best to exceed customer expectation, items going through shipping will be under the procedures and practices of that carrier. It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct information with your chosen shipping carrier. Lost in transit and missing orders will not be refunded. Contact the shipping carrier for issues regarding wrong address and missing/stuck items. 

exchanges and returns

If your not satisfied with your order, we'll be more than willing to exchange your order within 30 days of receiving the order. Our desire is to make sure you're satisfied with your order. We'll keep you updated and find the best solution to make this right. Please contact using the form here with the order number and subject line "Exchange".

How can I earn reward points?

BLINK'N points are rewarded through various interaction with BLINK'N. You can earn points by signing up, referring a friend, and reviews. Also you can earn points for every dollar you spend on self care essentials. Claim discounts and store credit with your rewards point.

why doesn't my reward points work?

Discount codes can not be combined with other discount codes or promotional sale.  We will not accept multiple stacked discount on one order, it will be defaulted only to the previous one you have applied. 

can i transfer my points?

We cannot transfer points across accounts. It is advised to keep all purchases and rewards on a single account to prevent loss of points.
